Recap: Dammit, how heartbreaking can it be that my beloved Arsenal let me down with the last line. Everything was supposed to be so easy after they scored early, but the ghosts of our past (center backs and set pieces) are our doom yet again. Anyway, Sheffield did one hell of a job to keep me from losing all my bets, so, thanks lads.

This midweek I want to start with Manchester City and Bournemouth. Everyone knows that City is going to demolish Bournemouth at home as they do with lower table teams. The big football news this week is that City’s two-year European ban was lifted, and I am sure there is a big relief among the players and staff from that. This makes me believe they will be even more happy to slam Bournemouth. Bet I chose was over 3,5 goals as I believe Bournemouth have a sharp enough counterattack to get one goal in, while City will score the regular 5 or something similar.

Second game on the betting sheet is from the Serie A with Atalanta – Brescia. This is probably another slaughter with Atalanta being on fire and really making a storming for the second place in the Italian top division. Brescia is already relegated, so therefore I believe they will not put up much of a fight and Atalanta will take it cleanly 3-0 or something. So, I decided to use the bet builder on Unibet and combine the Atalanta win with the Both teams to score as a No to add up some odds.

Last game I wanted to look at is Leicester and Sheffield on Thursday. Sheffield was my ace last round with a big home win against Chelsea, but here I am going with Leicester. Sheffield have been in strong home form, but their away games have left room to improve. Leicester have had mixed game results and especially away they have been poor, but at home the games have been better. Leicester also have to put their foot back on the gas pedal as their surprise Champions League place is in real danger, especially after the news that Man City is not banned and it is only the four top spots that get you those big European games.

I don’t have a JOKER for this round as none of the games really popped up to me as worth the risk. Only game I thought about was Crystal Palace - Manchester United with Palace having an eye popping 10,50 odds, but I believe Man U is in such good form that Palace can’t steal away a win even at home.
